Since joining Maidstone SC my training has intensified considerably and hopefully I am going faster. After best ever results in South East Long Course this year in February I have my sights on teh nationals in Sheffield in October. In the meantime I am keeping fit and enjoying my swimming.

Two good sight seeing days in Pokhara. Climbed to World Peace Pagoda. Visited underground falls, cave containing huge stalagmite and been to Tibetan Refugee Camp.
