From tomorrow people arriving back in UK from Spain have to quarantine for 14 days. That in itself would not stop us going on holiday as we can lockdown at home quite easily. However, the virus has raised it’s ugly head again in Spain and France. Catalonia is in lockdown and it has spiked in Huesca , Zarragosa & Leida. So if they close the Catalonia border our alternative is via Huesca and Zarragosa, so it’s not looking good. Ironically I heard back from Rachel in Spain who says she looking forward to seeing us in September! We shall see. Not giving up yet but our trip is looking a lot less likely.

Now as interesting as that maybe, what about my tooth? Well, another reasonable night and today but still needing Ibrobufen as well as my antibiotics. But I did visit the Leisure Centre to see how the opening day was going. Full of praise for the staff who have done a great job. Swimmers are back, the gym is open as are some of the classes. All Covid precautions are in place and the few staff who are in appear pleased to be back after 4 months. Just hope now that the weather improves and the Outdoor Adventure income picks up. Today has been cold and wet.
