Both Sue and I have been helping Toby with his home schooling. He has been at home isolating as one boy in his year tested positive. I must say I learnt a lot about comprehension that I was never taught at school. Toby is back at school today so it is a lot easier for Stuart as he is very busy with his job. We are waiting to hear how James and Alex did today in their piano exams. James for Gd6 and Alex Gd3. I just hope that they aren’t too upset if their marks are not as good as they would like. They do set themselves high standards.

Mike bought me a FireTV fitting for Fathers Day and I got a bar set of Whitstable Bay ale, both great pressies. We have now got Netflix on the telly and loads mere channels and apps. When I get time I must explore more.

We are now only a day away from our big walk, I did a 6 mile run today, not sure if that was a good idea. Another interview today on Maidstone Radio, it seemed to go well and tomorrow morning I have another live appearance on Radio Kent. We have certainly got some good coverage for Shelterbox so although we are low on donations, the publicity for the walk has been great.

Visiting Mum tomorrow and taking in her birthday present and a load of cards. Viv and Steve will visit on her birthday on Sunday. She seems to be doing OK still. We still haven’t heard from social services and time is running out.
