Well despite layoff through injuries through the autumn and horrible man – flu during January, I managed to compete in the championships. Entered 4 individual events – one gold, 2 silvers and a bronze. My times were well short of my best but positions OK. We also put in a relay team and got bronze sop overall quite successful. It is good to be back in the water.
