After 5 or so excellent years using IDNet as my broadband provider, I have today changed to BT Broadband. No dispute with IDNet but their download quota became too expensive for my needs. However, they very quickly responded to my request for early payment refunds, which they did in a matter of minutes. Well done IDNet. As for BT. Easy changeover today, a few things to iron out but nothing serious. My download speed has increased and I have lost the website break-ups I was getting before. Still early days but I am looking forward to a good working relationship with them. Time will tell.
